It’s hard to give up control…sometimes it goes against everything we may feel or think or “know.” Yet, when King David faced overwhelming odds in his battle with the Philistines, he put his entire future, and that of his kingdom, all into God’s hands! Despite his own righteous authority, he KNEW with God as his Commander-In-Chief, victory would always be assured.
