Imagine waking up in a hospital bed at 15 years old with metal holding your back together. You were a star athlete, and now you have to learn how to walk all over again. Now imagine going through it all over again TWO MORE TIMES.
This was reality for Austin, Texas, native Jules Williams. She underwent three intensive back surgeries to correct childhood scoliosis. But rather than using her broken back as an excuse to live a mediocre life, Jules used it to fuel her motivation and became a bodybuilder and personal trainer. Jules is joining this episode of The Dani Johnson Podcast to share how she took that first baby step.
