The Will Of The Father
God the Father has something so much bigger in store for you…
Please let me start off today by saying, “Thank you!” It so deeply touches my heart by how many have been actively involved in our efforts to help others throughout the past year. Because of your heart and your willingness to help, King’s Ransom Foundation was able to feed over 492,000 orphans, brought clean water and aid to Haiti and helped build a school in India.
For 2015, our plans are aimed even higher! If you have somehow not heard, the DaniJohnson.com community, alongside Food For The Poor and King’s Ransom Foundation, have been raising money to transform the village of Santa Pancha, Nicaragua. Currently, the citizens live in unstable housing built on top of old mining tunnels. They live in constant fear of a collapse that could destroy their homes and injure or kill their loved ones.
At the beginning of the year, I went to Nicaragua for a family visit and witnessed the extreme poverty of the town. One mother has to choose between walking to work to provide food for her kids and staying home to keep them safe from the high-risk conditions.
The plan is to build 84 double-unit homes with sanitation, access to potable water and sustainable chicken farms. Our current campaign goal is $520,000 and in just a few short weeks we are more than halfway there!
A simple thank you is really not enough! I’ve seen firsthand the lives touched by past efforts and it just motivates me to help more! I’ve witnessed how we CAN make a difference and even if it just affects one person, that is enough. If you could save just one life, wouldn’t that be worth it to you?
I’m not trying to pressure you into giving away all your money or put a guilt trip on you to donate. But I do want to share something very important about how giving has changed my finances and life. You see, if you want to be successful, you need to understand that you literally reap what you sow. When I was 21, I was homeless for the whole month of December. By January, I had managed to start a business from the trunk of my car and move into an apartment. Over the next 6 months, I made near $50K. And you know what I did with all that money?
I bought clothes, I bought STUFF. It was all “me, me, me.” If you are sowing into selfish desires, you will never reap anything of honor. You will spend every dime you make. All I know is, ever since my husband and I opened our ears to the cries of the orphans, we have finally found financial stability. Because we stopped making money all about fulfilling our selfish wants.
So many of the DaniJohnson.com community have participated in this effort to change lives! If you can be counted among them, please share your experiences below and be sure to pass on today’s message. If you have any questions or are curious about the Santa Pancha project, you can look up all the details here.

Unfortunately, 1 in 4 people will give up on their New Year’s Resolutions within the first week and more than half will quit within the first 6 months! But that will NOT be you! THIS year you WILL accomplish your goals!
I want to talk about something you’ve probably heard discussed, but maybe you aren’t really sure how or if it even affects you directly. Recession and inflation are hot topics right now. But […]
