Busting The Myth Of Millennials Bombing Job Interviews
There’s been a video that blew up on social media called “Millennial Job Interview.” In it, a young woman is interviewing for her first job out of college with a gentleman who appears to be of the Baby Boomer generation. The interview is a parody of everything society says is “wrong” with the millennial generation.
And the response was INSANE. Tons of people thought it was a ridiculous exaggeration, but tons more said it was spot on. So in this episode of The Dani Johnson Show, we asked our audience what THEY have experienced in interviewing and hiring millennials.
In This Episode You Will Learn:
- The habits millennials have that drive employers crazy and could keep you from getting hired.
- The qualities that actually set millennials apart and are highly valuable to employers.
- What actually matters when it comes to landing jobs and how to ace every interview.
